We at OnePartnerGroup are now looking for a Vendor Support Specialist for an exciting assignment at a global and leading finance company in the technology and industrial sector.

Through us, you will become part of OnePartnerGroup's consulting program, where we combine secure employment with development opportunities, close follow-up, and access to a wide network. The assignment is located at the client's office in Umeå and involves a Nordic area of responsibility.



About the position

As a Vendor Support Specialist, you will be part of a team of five people responsible for operations in Sweden, Norway, and Finland. You will work closely with both sales and finance functions as well as external supplier partners.

Your main tasks will include:

  • Creating reports and documentation for bonus and split payments to sellers and partners
  • Ensuring that parameters and documentation comply with system requirements and collaboration agreements
  • Invoice registration, verification, and matching prior to payment
  • Analysis, reconciliation, and accounting of bonus-related provisions
  • Ongoing support and administration for the Nordic countries
  • Actively contributing to the development of working methods and quality assurance within Vendor Support

The role involves close contact with internal stakeholders and a dynamic everyday life in a business that is constantly evolving. An important part of the assignment is to deliver accurate and clear documentation on time and to understand the accounting aspects behind the numbers.



We are looking for someone who has
  • A bachelor's degree in finance or equivalent post-secondary education
  • 1–4 years of experience in a similar role or as an accounting economist
  • Confidence in working with contract management and accounting
  • Very good knowledge of Excel
  • Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written (working language)
  • Knowledge of Finnish is an advantage
